Abstract

<p><em>When developing models of complex systems, such as the process of optimizing housing infrastructure design, and implementing them through information technologies, it is impossible to create a single sufficiently comprehensive model due to the complexity of the object.<br>The article presents methods and approaches to the development of a problem-oriented system designed to address a threefold task—forecasting, optimization, and management of housing construction, as a key sector of the regional economy.</em></p>
